Printed Circuit Boards can require multiple bonding applications such as chip underfill, where an adhesive is dispensed to fill the gap between a silicon die and circuit board. Wire tacking where adhesives are used to bond the wire insulation to the circuit board and conformal coating repair; coating materials are used to protect high value circuits from environmental damage.
